why mostly chicken?
I started to cook on weekends to get myself more meat on the table. I know the trend is away from meat … and my family prefers a vegetarian diet.
So, to get the meat onto my plate, I have to cook myself. Since the rest of my family will not touch all dark meat, I stick to chicken mostly.
